PHH Leads The Way Today In Refinance Interest Rates

PHH are offering 30 year loans showing interest rates of 3.250% today with an APR of 3.428% while the bank’s shorter term, popular 15 year fixed rate mortgage deals attract interest rates that are quoted at 2.500% with an APR of 2.816%.

Even shorter 10 year fixed rate loan deals are on the books for 2.500% with an APR of 2.961% today while the best 20 year loan deals have interest rates offered at 3.180% yielding an APR of 3.430%.

Longer 40 year fixed rate home loans show interest rates which are on the books at the bank for 3.680% and which carry an APR of 3.827%.

In the ARMs arena, the 3 year ARMs deals to be had are quoted at 4.060% and show an APR of 3.516% to start off with.

ARMs loans in the 5 year category are listed at 2.125% starting with an APR of 2.952% while 7 year ARM deals attract interest rates offered for 2.330% today with an APR of 2.934%. Longer 10 year ARMs have interest rates listed at 2.660% today with an APR of 3.017%.

Best 30 year refi loans are on the books for 3.500% at PHH and carry an APR of 3.723% while shorter term 15 year refinance FRMs attract interest rats that start at 2.750% and carry an APR of 3.239%. The 7 year refi ARMs are on the books for 2.625% yielding an APR of 3.141% at the bank today.
