PHH Mortgage Deals And Interest Rates Today

PHH are offering their best 30 year fixed rate home purchase loans that are on the books starting out at 3.375% and which carry an APR of 3.556% while the bank’s shorter term 15 year loan attracts interest rates which come out at 2.550% with an APR of 2.869%.

Shorter 10 year fixed rate loan deals are quoted with interest rates of 2.550% today yielding an APR of 3.015% while the best 20 year loan has interest rates offered at 3.220% at the bank which show an APR of 3.472% today.

Longer 40 year home purchase loans at PHH are on the books for 3.790% today showing an APR of 3.940%.

When it comes to ARMs, 3/1 ARMs are quoted at 4.125% today and which carry a starting APR of 3.433% while 5 year ARM loan deals are quoted at 2.170% with an APR of 2.887%.

Longer 7 year ARMs are quoted starting at 2.330% with an APR of 2.867%. 10 year ARMs attract interest rates that start at 2.700% today yielding an APR of 2.993%.

In the refinance arena 30 year refi loan deal attracts interest rates quoted at 3.500% with an APR of 3.723% while popular 15 year refinance loan deals are on the books for 2.750% showing an APR of 3.239%. 7 year refi ARM loan deals are being offered at PPH for 2.625% which currently have an APR of 3.141%.
