A 30 year FHA FRMs are being quoted at 3.250% – APR being 3.791%. A higher interest jumbo 30 year loan are listed at 3.750% yielding an APR of 3.894%.

A VA 30 year home loan attracts an interest rate of 3.500% with an APR of 3.826%. The ever popular 15 year mortgage attracts interest rates of 2.500% with an APR of 2.803%.

An FHA 15 year mortgage will attract an interest rate of 2.750% with the APR being 3.433%. A15 year Jumbo FRM can be had at 2.750% with an APR of 3.000%. A15 year VA loan has an interest rate of 2.750% and an APR of 3.323%. A10 year loan attracts an interest rate of 2.375% with an APR of 2.920%.
